There is a strong connection between emotions, stress and physical symptoms. When we are stressed we might become reactive, overwhelmed or suffer from symptoms that worsen with stress such as gut, skin, hormonal issues and other physical health conditions.

This is a comprehensive and deeply nourishing series of sessions designed to work on all aspects of our health as defined by the Whare Tapa Wha model of health: the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This work utilises the tools of mindfulness, somatic experiencing, developed by Peter Levine and Pat Ogden, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic release.

I work with clients on range of health conditions from hormone imbalances, fertility to gut health, IBS, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

    Discover everyday tools for enkindling digestion, improving sleep quality and increasing energy.
