Building a Nourishing Daily Practice

A habit tracker provides a really effective system to curate a nourishing and thriving daily practice that can nurture you physically, emotionally, creatively and spiritually.

Studies show that we can effectively pause and reset our goals and habits at any time. We can utilise anniversaries or auspicious times of the year such as Matariki, Solstice, Diwali, the start of new year, season or school term or job as opportunities for a fresh start.

I invite you to curate a magical menu of practices and rituals that feel good to you. It might be that you feel most present and in your body when you are playing music, creating art, moving your body or spending time in nature. These habits and practices don’t need to be long at all - on fact the tinier they are to begin with, the more sustainable they will be.
