 Who is the Nourishing Rhythms Programme designed for?

It is for anyone who feels like they would like to feel more empowered in their health mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Through doing this mahi (work) we create a beautiful environment to anchor in nourishing practices, break habits that no longer serve growth. We create a sustainable a dietary pattern based on. your health goals that invites vitality and radiant health.

What sorts of health symptoms can we address in the Nourishing Rhythms Programme?

Here are a handful of examples of symptoms and conditions that would benefit from this programme: Hormonal imbalances from PMS, PCOS, Endometriosis, Diabetes/Cardiovascular Disease (CVD), Digestive/Gut issues IBS, Crohns, Fertility, Preconception Care, Post natal, Overweight and Underweight. How is the Nourishing Rhythms Programme delivered?

The Nourishing Rhythms Programme is a 100% online experience hosted over Zoom calls and email communication. Once you have enrolled, you will receive an email from me to book in your sessions.

When does the next Nourishing Rhythms Programme begin?

The next intake begins Spring 2022 for 12 Weeks (3 months). Join the waitlist and be the first to hear when new dates are set.


Is there another way I can work with Roshni in this time?

The Nourishing Rhythms Programme is the primary way I work with clients. It has evolved in this way through experience, experimentation and refining and the 12 week timeframe allows for habits to be integrated and embodied, to monitor physiological changes and a lot of individual growth in many areas. My priority and mission is to offer a beautiful and potent environment for learning, growth and individual breakthroughs to be achieved. I’m on the fence, how do I know this is the right opportunity for me?

The Nourishing Rhythms Programme is designed to meet you where you are. Each person that comes through this programme has bought unique qualities and received a tailored experience, therefore we work in a way that is based on what your needs are using the Whare Tapa Wha model of health to deliver a truly holistic lens on health.


What time zone and when will the sessions be held?

New Zealand (NZST). Once you have enrolled, Roshni will be in touch to schedule in your individual 1:1 sessions ahead of time.


How much of a commitment is this?

The minimum amount of time will be 1 hour on the week of your 1:1 session. But the real mahi (work) is what happens on the daily and how you implement what you are learning over the course of the 12 weeks (and beyond!). You will be given some personal homework each week, this isn’t essential and the course will meet you where you are at however there are plenty of opportunities to glean every bit of learning that you can from this experience.
